Trivox VPN provides a virtual private network that encrypts and routes your internet traffic through our servers. Features, server locations, and availability may change without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
- Send spam, malware, or conduct denial-of-service attacks
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other networks
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
- Interfere with other users or network operations
You are responsible for your activity while connected. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or abuse.
4. Accounts
You may use the Service with an anonymous guest session or a registered account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and devices. Notify us of unauthorized use.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Premium features, if offered, are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store unless otherwise stated. Refunds follow the platform's policies. Prices and features may change with notice where required by law.
6. No warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE CONNECTIVITY. VPN performance depends on your network, location, and third-party services outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Trivox SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
9. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure. Your use of app stores, operating systems, and websites while connected remains subject to their own terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or operational reasons. Provisions that should survive termination (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Trivox's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your country. See the Trivox.sh imprint for the service provider.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
